Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and other truck systems.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Document work performed and parts used for accurate records.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a truck mechanic or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and heavy-duty truck systems.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in diesel mechanics or related field.
Experience with [specific truck brands or systems, e.g., Cummins, Freightliner, etc., if applicable].
